At Sticky Me, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We understand that there may be situations where you need to exchange or return a product. That’s why we have established a clear and fair return policy. Read below to find out how it works:
Exchanging Products
Want to exchange a product? You can, as long as the product:
- Is unopened
- Is in its original condition and packaging.
Contact us at support@stickyme.com to submit your exchange request. Please include in your email:
- Your order number
- The product you wish to exchange
- The product you would like to receive in exchange.
Good to know:
- The cost of returning the package is at your own expense
- Responsibility for any loss during transport lies with the customer. We recommend sending the package with a track & trace code and keeping the receipt until the package has been received by us.
Returning Products
Have you changed your mind and wish to return a product? This is possible under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns will be inspected upon receipt. Unfortunately, products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stickyme.com and include the following details:
- Your order number.
- The product you wish to return.
Please note: The cost and responsibility for returning the product lie with the customer. We recommend using a shipping option with track & trace for added security.
Product Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 30-day stick guarantee on our wall stickers.
- Within 30 days:  If you notice that the adhesive isn’t working as expected, please contact us at support@stickyme.com, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
- After 30 days: We kunnen geen kleefgarantie meer bieden omdat we niet kunnen controleren hoe het product is gebruikt.

How will I know if my return has been approved?
Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We’re really sorry to hear that! Please email us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged product and packaging, so we can resolve this for you promptly.
